90-Day Return Policy

If you're not happy with your Field Commander boots for any reason within 90 days of purchase, we'll take them back. No questions. No restocking fee. No complicated return form.

The only exception: boots that show clear evidence of misuse (chemical damage, fire damage, intentional abuse). Normal mud, normal wear, even normal wear-out — all returnable within 90 days.

How to Return

• Email us at returns@keeptheboots.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label within 24 hours
• Pack the boots (don't worry if you don't have the original box)
• Drop off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location
• Refund processed within 3 business days of receipt — back to your original payment method

2-Year Structural Warranty

The Field Commander carries a 2-year structural warranty from the date of purchase. This covers:

• Sole-to-upper delamination or separation
• Rubber cracking or splitting under normal use conditions
• Shaft gore insert failure
• Footbed structural failure

Not covered: normal wear, cosmetic scratches, damage from chemicals or petroleum products, or boots used beyond their intended agricultural/outdoor purpose.

Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong size? We'll exchange for free, one time per order. Just email us within 90 days — we'll send the new size before we even receive your return so you're not without boots.
